The INSEED project aims to create a modern framework for training and skills forming in higher education in science, design and services management (SPMS) and to promote innovation in service industry based on a model of open, continuous education and cloud type distributed computing infrastructure with virtualized resources and accesible as services, interconnected at European structures.
Specific Objectives
  1. Developing an open, continous educational model with flexible institutional framework and modern cloud type infrastructure for initial creation and maintenance of lifetime skills in designing, planning, implementation, operation and management of complex systems (CPIOMS) for services, based on TI.
  2. Development, implementation, accreditation and integration into the European university system of a new interdisciplinary program of studies of regional multi-master replication in CPIOMS services industry, "Design and Services Management" -PMS spot with teaching in English and of new modules disciplines bachelor, master and training for service innovation sectors: health, public administration, e-business, supply chains, energy, electrical and metrology expertise, based on the developed SPMS model, on innovation needs of the services industry and labor market requirements.

  4. Creating and strengthening of an open, interactivecollaboration area, INSER @SPACE between universities and industry, government institutions and european structures for the promotion of innovation in services through information / demonstration / technology transfer of research results and developing solutions for services systems.
